How do you qualify the owners?
We speak to every owner personally during our onboarding process and specifically ask about their interest in seasonal takeover arrangements. Only owners who explicitly opt in are added to the database.
Can I see the properties before paying?
Yes. All properties are publicly listed on midterm.rent with full details, photos, and location. You pay only to access the takeover-specific information: the owner's confirmed interest, their price expectations, and their preferred contact method for professional inquiries.
What if the owner changes their mind?
We update our database regularly. If an owner withdraws consent, the property is removed from the takeover-ready browse view immediately, and any in-flight reveals on that listing are refunded.
Is there a subscription?
Not currently. You pay per lead, only for the properties you're interested in. We may introduce subscription plans in the future for high-volume operators.
What regions do you cover?
