Located just few steps (20 meters) from the beach in Agia Pelagia, this 95 sq.m. house can host comfortably 6 people. Very close, in the neighbourhood visitors can find supermarkets, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, bars. Other activities are also provided, like car or boat rentals, water sports, diving center. It is a normal neighbourhood where locals and tourists enjoy summer time! Agia Pelagia is a small peaceful seaside village where you can spend safely your holidays and get lifetime memories! Along the beach, you will find lots of cafes, restaurants and all kind of touristic facilities. The beach is well organised (sunbeds, umbrellas, lifeguard). During high season, the beach can be crowded, so we provide our guests free sunbeds and umbrellas from the house to use on the beach. There is just a night club on the beach, it is a quiet place in general-no crazy nighlife can be found here! All utility bills except electricity are included in the price!
